Oaks Artisan is part of our family-run Higher Oak Farm in Lymm, Cheshire, where we create handmade food using produce from the farm, including our fresh eggs, fruits and honey. From our on-site kitchen and bakery, everything is made in small batches with a focus on quality, simplicity and a true connection to the land.
Our collection includes everything from sweet treat bakes such as blondies, brownies and cookies, to loaf cakes and desserts, alongside small-batch jams, granola, and handmade artisan chocolates. Our products are available to shop online or directly from our Shepherd’s Hut, offering a unique way to enjoy fresh, locally made food.

Everything begins with the ingredients we produce ourselves. Our pasture-raised hens provide fresh eggs collected daily, while our beehives, set among wildflowers on the farm, produce our seasonal honey. These ingredients form the foundation of everything we make.
